So, what on earth is this counterclockwise all about, you may wonder. Well, since I’m so bored that I could spill my guts out, I’ved been searching Google for all kind of unused words from the technical area. One of them is counterclockwise. You will be amazed how many things are like this. Here we go:
In your everyday life bottle caps, car ignition keys, and just about everything that must go off by a rotation is made to do a counterclockwise rotation by your arm.

For example why does the shell of a Fresh Water Snail grows counterclockwise and not clockwise? Because snails don’t know about clocks!
But we humans do, so the nuts and bolts open in a counterclockwise direction, in trigonometry the angles are measured in counterclockwise, while in navigation, compass headings increase in a clockwise direction.
Strange things with this counterclockwise, ain’t it?
Clockwise direction was made up by man because that’s the way the shadow of the first solar clocks was moving throughout the day. Since then everything that spins it’s about the point of view: either clockwise, either counterclockwise.

Even water from the bath moves clockwise. Isn’t it strange?
