How to love yourself

And we’re not talking here about something physical, it’s all about pure love. It’s a message from Burt Goldman, who dedicated most of his life traveling the world and studying spiritual pursuits like meditation, visualization and Qigong.
However before we can bring the value of love into our lives and the lives of others, we must first define our terms. The child confuses the rush of fear of not being able to please the parent with love of the parent – after all the child desires to please the parent. Others may want to define love as an emotion but, again, going down this road in the effort to define love we find ourselves once again in the trap of most often only describing the physical sensations, the “feelings” we have when experiencing emotion. But what exactly is the value of love – whether to love yourself or the love for others? “You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” – Buddha Most everyone has heard the advice that we have to learn to love ourselves before we can love others.

Not only because it provides us with a working definition of love – but his definition also demonstrates that loving ourselves is not, as many might think, a form of conceit. When we accept Goldman’s definition of love, it becomes apparent that a key factor within that definition is not only having a viewpoint, but a positive viewpoint. Physics tell us that particles can exist in more than one place at one time – meaning that the child who is made up of particles and who grew up in one world with a controlling, narcissistic parent also has a twin self or doppelganger in another universe who can help teach them how to love themselves. This doppelganger’s parents had a loving, positive view of their child who then grew up able to love themselves and others. Where gangs have developed in American cities as a response to intolerance and racism, there are American cities in other universes where people live in harmony.nTapping into these dimensions in order to learn and experience yourself and the world from a positive view point is what Quantum Jumping is all about.

Pete Rose and Cincinnati Reds go hand in hand. We all know that Pete was the Reds’ regular at second base by 1963, and he was also known as Charlie Hustle, as Whitey Ford first called him. Pete was an important component to the “Big Red Machine” that dominated the National League in the 1970′s.

Pete Rose retired from baseball after the 1986 season. His days with the Reds were not over though. He served as manager from 1985 to 1988, helping the Reds to 4 consecutive 2nd place finishes and was considered to be one of the best managers in baseball.
I’m not going to dive deeper in his career, but I’m going to present you instead with the Hall of Fame site of Pete Rose. Gibson Electric Spanish Series

I always loved the electric guitar but when it comes to semi-acoustic guitars, you’ll fall in love once again. I’m talking here about the Gibson ES Series from Gibson Guitar Corporation.
The Gibson ES Series, also known as Electric Spanish where the ES comes from, separates them from acoustic guitars by being Electric and have six strings and resembles traditional Spanish guitars. Gibson guitars are very popular and often associated with rock n’ roll in the popular mindset.

All tough the Gibson ES-335 is the most widely known guitar of the series, there are many other models among witch:
-The Gibson ES-150, released in 1936 and is generally considered to be the world’s first commercially successful Spanish-style electric guitar. It was designated the ES-150 because, along with an amplifier and cable, the model cost $150. It quickly became popular with jazz musicians, most notably Eddie Durham and Charlie Christian.
-The Gibson ES 135, had a tendency to almost bark when played roughly, because of the trapeze tailpiece.
